Setting Up the User

If security has not been previously setup, it will need to be setup for all employees. Then select the employee to access to this feature.

Once Bank Feed has been enabled by the Bizprac Team you need to set the permissions for the user that will access Bank Feeds.

Select the employee that needs to access Bank Feeds. Check the Bank Feed User Box. Bank feeds can only be set for 1 employee.

Setup the Account

Select the bank account from the drop-down list, once selected click on the bank feed button.

Select Setup Bank Feeds for this account.

To set up bank feed you will need the relevant permissions to access the details. This includes the CRN and password for the login.

Consent

To allow Bizprac to access and download the transactions from your account you will need top provide approval.

Click approve, the page has all relevant information regarding this procedure.

Select Bank

Select the bank from the list, note some banks may not be supported.

Once the bank has been selected from the list, click approve to continue.

Login Detail

Add your login details, this will be your Customer Reference Number and password. Once successful close the window.

Connections

Highlight the bank and click select.

The accounts will be in the list for selection.

Bank feed will be setup ready to go.
